Senior Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer

We are seeking a talented DSP Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital signal processing, excellent mathematical skills, and hands-on experience with tools such as Python and MATLAB. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing DSP algorithms to solve complex problems and improve system performance. 

Responsibilities 

• Design, implement, and optimize DSP algorithms for real-time applications. 
• Analyze signals and develop models to enhance system accuracy and efficiency. 
• Perform simulations and validations using Python and MATLAB. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DSP solutions into products. 
• Document technical designs, test results, and provide recommendations for improvements. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DSP algorithms and systems. 

Requirements 

• Hands-on experience, at least 3~ years in software development with Python or MATLAB for data analysis and simulation. 
• Good understanding of digital signal processing concepts. 
• Strong interest in applying mathematical and analytical skills to solve problems. 
• Willingness to learn new technologies and collaborate with the team. 
• Good English Communication (both verbal and written).  

Nice to Have 

• Knowledge of C/C++ or embedded systems is a plus. 
• Familiarity with machine learning applications in signal processing is an advantage. 
• Exposure to communication systems, audio, or image processing.
