Senior IOS Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior iOS Developer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality iOS applications for some of the US Clients.  

This role demands not only strong technical expertise in Swift UI, CI/CD tools, automated UI testing, and Cloud technologies but also solid communication, leadership, business understanding, and critical thinking skills. 

Responsibilities

• Lead iOS development projects, ensuring high code quality, performance, and maintainability. 
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to align product development with business goals. 
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and propose feasible technical solutions.
• Proactively identify technical risks, gaps, or improvements across the mobile architecture and propose solutions. 
• Design, develop, review, and manage iOS application code and services for both production and pre-release environments. 
• Drive continuous improvement in codebase, tools, processes, and team capabilities.
• Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, standups, code reviews, and retrospectives. 
• Mentor and guide junior developers and help foster a knowledge-sharing culture. 

Essential Skills 

• 4~YOE in iOS development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. 
• Swift or Objective-C programing languages. 
• SwiftUI and UIKit. 
• Swift Combine and Swift Concurrency.
• iOS architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, VIPER), Clean architecture, SOLID principles and experience in designing scalable, and maintainable applications.
• iOS Frameworks such as Core Data and Core Animation. 
• Apple’s Design Principles and Application interface guidelines. 
• Push Notifications and Cloud Messaging. 
• RESTful ARESTful APIs and JSON/XML data formats. 
• Git and other version control. 
• Experience working in an Agile development environment, unit testing, UI testing, and other testing methodologies, CI/CD, Project Management Tools. 
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. 
• Good communication in English.
